Pinch Point Bar

 Prying & Lifting

  • Used to lift or shift heavy objects that are difficult to move by hand.
  • Common for:
    • Machinery
    • Concrete slabs
    • Large timbers
    • Boulders
  • The long bar gives mechanical leverage, letting one person move objects that would normally require multiple people.

 Demolition

  • The pointed end can be driven into:
    • Concrete
    • Asphalt
    • Clay
    • Packed soil
    • Rock
  • Workers use it to break up material before removing it or to start cracks in concrete.

 Alignment (Steel Work)

  • In construction and steel erection it's often called a line-up bar.
  • The tapered end helps align bolt holes in steel beams or plates so bolts can slide through easily.
  • This is critical during structural steel assembly.

 Landscaping

Very useful for outdoor work:

  • Digging through hard or rocky soil
  • Cutting roots
  • Prying out stumps
  • Moving landscape rock
